As your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family. As a part of my full-service doula package, continuous prenatal guidance and support is available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy.

Prenatal Guidance includes, but is not limited to:

• Basic Childbirth Education

• Establishment of Birth Preferences

• Review of Labor Positions

• Prenatal Nutrition and Exercise

• Discussion of Your Ideal Birth

• "Labor Day" Expectations
